How To Create a New Custom Page in Microsoft Word
Custom Paper allows the designer to select between different paper types. The nature and quality of the paper is determined by specification values that are input when designing the page. These are the values for the paper’s density and weight, thread count surface texture, fiber content, and surface texture. Once the designer has selected the paper’s quality, they can specify the dimension for each of the four major areas: background, border, text, and background images.
The two main options for custom paper weight and width are determined in the General Settings section of the Layout and Visualization dialog box. The dimensions of the text are controlled by the sections [Width Setting or [Height Setting[Height Setting]. The [ Output Size Setover] section controls the size of the output window. The third section, which is referred to as the ‘Advanced section, provides advanced features such ‘auto layout’ or ‘auto formatting’. The fourth section, referred to as the default Allocations setting, manages various allocation options , including the use of default color and theme values, as well as whether to include printer-set foreground or background colors.
